Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Options

We deliver to all areas across the United Arab Emirates.

• Home Delivery – Delivery charge is AED 30, or free delivery on orders above AED 300. Delivered within 2 business days.
• Click & Collect – Option is available for customers to directly pick up the order from our main facility in Dubai. Orders are typically available for pick up within 1 business day.

Our daily delivery timings are from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Please note that additional charges apply for early morning and late deliveries, we inform our customers with any extra charges before proceeding with the order.

The shipping charges can be modified at any point without prior notice. The new charges would reflect on our website as well as in the checkout page.

Promotional offers could be introduced for a limited time that enables free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the respective offer.
